They said on the radio this morning it was herbs dipped in chemical marijuana. Supposedly it's is not detectable by standard drug testing. I didn't bother researching it any further.

i don't keep up with the latest drug fads, oksana. like a few years ago when people were clamoring about smoking salvia, and i'm thinking about all of the salvia we have growing around here just because it's something deer won't eat. in my day, the 'date rape drug' was called a doobie and a bottle of boone's farm.
