Fucking fed up with them. They moved in last December. Not once has the dude gone out and cut his grass. Not once. Who cut it? Me. I've never met a lazier home owner in my life. His wife is starting to get fed up with him. I offered to cut their grass again back in early August and she said no. She told me she was embarrased by their lawn and other landscaping that has gone to shit.

I'm pissed. They have a 7 year old boy who also now hangs with my oldest boy. They NEVER check up on the kid. The kid rings our doorbell at 8 a.m. on weekend and stays pretty much all day long or at least until my boy has to leave for hockey practise. It's dark out at 6:30'ish and their kid is roaming the neighbourhood all by himself. I never once saw the father out playing around with him. Not once. I'm pissed off. I don't know maybe it's their culture. Anyone have any Asian neighbours? Are they lazy? I have a snowblower and there's no fucking way I'm helping him out this year. FUCK THAT!!! Just needed to vent.
 
I was told the North East of China. Fuck man they give us some dumplings that were brutal. One time they cooked a dumpling that had dandelion leaves from their front yard. And I ate it. They did have us over on their back deck one evening for top quality, expensive green tea that was right from China. That's what we were told.
 
crazy stuff, so they do try on one front, half heartedly and badly.... w/ the dumplings, but that was prob the wife's doing.

must just be the guy, and that affects the whole fam.

Get this. They somehow managed to change their range hood/exhaust fan. It was vented outside, but the one they replaced had aluminum foil tape covering up small gaps. They phoned me to come over to ask some questions. The dumb fucks thought it was tin foil that was glued on. I'm not kidding you. They had spent hours installing it and trying to figure out how to fill the gaps with tin foil. Luckily I had some spare aluminum (foil) tape from when I fixed my dryer vent.

They planted a garden in their backyard because we have one so they though tit would be cool to also have one. Not once did they water or weed it. I watered mine often (rain water only) and weeded regularly. They were amazed at my veggies and blueberry bushes. Completely amazed. It's not hard to grow fucking cucumbers, tiny tim/cherry tomatoes and herbs/spices.

They had a contractor come in the last several weeks who basically ripped them off and this was after me telling them not to do what he had done. People just don't want to fucking listen. They are going to spend another cold winter in their house when all they had to do was run another heating line (rads) in a crawl space under an addition that was added on to the house.
 
I know you're bitter towards them, but imagine coming to a new country and trying to "fit" in. Can you move your family to north east asia and do what they did?

Hell do they even speak english? I can't imagine they are retarded if they figured out how to purchase property.
 
They both speak english. They've been in North America for about 10 years. She's a prof at an "english only" university and he's a sys admin with "english only" clients.

Fuckers don't even have a lawn mower. I don't understand how you can buy a house and not buy a lawn mower when you have both a front and back (grass) yard.

I go to take my oldest boy for a bike ride around the neighbourhood and we have this little fucking neighbour kid tagging along because the father is too damn lazy to spend any father/son time with him. It really bothers me. I really value my father/son times with my own children. You must know what I mean Saulty and other dudes with children.
 
I think you should be more opening to everyone. Your son won't doubt you as a father b/c you went on a bike ride with his friend will he? Maybe your father son time needs to be off-site?

it sounds like this child is looking for love/attention and he didn't get it at the home, but he got it at your place so naturally he will keep coming back.
