I haven't been around much. Mrquincy Update

I try to read as much of the forum as I can these days. Things are crazy in my world right now guys (and girls). I am working almost every day either on my cabin or here in Toronto.

It looks as though I will be saying goodbye to my mother very soon. She is 82 and has been on dialysis for a couple years now. I am going up to my hometown next week to likely see her for the last time. It has been very difficult for my brothers and sister and I as she is still pretty sharp mentally, its just that her body is worn out. Between all that and my work, I just don't have any time to type witty shit..

Do we all like the Hawks to win? At this point, I'm not betting on the series but will happily watch as much as I can.

Thanks Plommer. She is not suffering too much at this point, other than being pretty much bed ridden. She is still cracking jokes with us. She just told my sister that my brother was an ugly baby.

Good to see you Mr. Q, but so sorry to hear about your mom. Obviously I can empathize with how tough it is to watch a parent decline mentally and/or physically. Treasure the remaining time you have together as I know you will.
