A bit of everything. It continues to be good. I respond to inquiries based on advertising. I close my 4-8 deals a month and things roll along. I have this gift on initial contact Durito, I"ve been asked what my "trick" is there is no trick. I"m just honest and bottom line quick with people, if it ain't going to work I don't want to waste time with it.

Durito the main problem now is property values. It's a crazy game. On one file for instance we had our 1st appraisal come in at $160k and it was booted for the comparibles being too far out, then the 2nd appraisal came in at $84k then the 3rd which we closed with came in at $141k. Same property all within 3 months. Totally unpredictable.

Rates continue to be "client friendly" and where as things have really tightened up for people not as qualified the programs for "A paper" continue to be strong. With the DU refi plus program Durito I can take someone with an 800 credit score and if their debt to income is manageable I can get an appraisal waiver - totally legit and legal. Pretty cool.

I worry about Minimart Durito. I had to Sheetz it today - trying to get healthy and MM's coolers are broken so I had to walk for some watermelon and eggs. Lifting in about 3.5 hours and I"m sure I"ll be doing that again.

Any of you guys ever been with 2 girls at once? I like to think I came kind of close twice but I"m not sure how close I really was.
