It's soda, and it's called Italian, and they had it in a huge pyramid formation at that enormous Loblaws on Queen's Quay. We bought grapefruit and blood orange. Both are excellent.

There are dozens more flavors to be explored and savoured.

We like our Italian soda neat & chilled.

I remember back in the 70's we used to get pop delivered to our house (as did every Italian house in the neighborhood).

Never liked Brio Chinotto, I preferred Gasosa!

For some reason this has reminded me of my dad's attempt to make home-made root beer. That was not good.

We visited the World Of Coca Cola here in town and you can sample sodas from all over the world. Italian sodas are good.
