Started this on another site, but got a job that required physical labor so had to stop doing them because I was too sore from working. Now that that's over, time to start back up again. You all probably don't care, but maybe if I keep track I will be motivated to finish the program and not look like a nitwit.

I did the initial test and ended up with 26 pushups before I fell to the ground. Not bad considering I haven't done a pushup in about 2 months. So I'll be starting in week 3 of the program.

Since I did 26 pushups, I should be starting in column 3, but I'm going to start in column two because I'm a bad ass. That will start Monday. So hopefully in 4-5 weeks, I will be able to make a video of myself doing 100 pushups. I'm setting the line at Yes +180/No -200 on that prop, though.
 
I did this last year. Got to the stage where I was doing like 5 sets:

as many as you can do (final set)

I ended up hurting my lower back though and quit.

But the last time I did "as many at once" as I could do I was at 72. The program works, for sure, just don't over-do it.
 
You should be doing 200 a day...do as many as you can in the first set (hopefully 50) and continue on....you keep going until you get all 200. You don't stop until you get them all even if it takes you an hour.
