Ran a 5k at my daughter's school. Best time ive had, sub 8 minute pace. Baby mcb not so much a baby anymore.

2:00:41 was my final time on the half marathon this morning. Had never done more than 9 miles and the last 4 miles were brutal on my hips. Couldn't push the last mile like I normally do. Happy that I was able to finish! Mrs. Mcb beat me by a little over a minute!

Spent 1.5 weeks in Vegas and only ran once while there. Struggled this week to get back into things but felt pretty good on the run this morning. Little over a week left until the half marathon next Sunday!

Longest run yet. Felt great. Had a pitcher of margaritas at company Christmas party last night which probably wasn't smart. Down to 198 as of yesterday. Still have a beer belly but fok it.

It's absurdity tronner.
