I think this sounds like a legitimate threat. Has someone been contacted about this? I think any suggestion of suicide or murder should not be taken lightly -- he says it is no joke and Mr. Pappas is a very lost individual.

Mr. Pappas threatens all kinds of things. Do not be surprised if he contacts the admin of this forum and threatens to have you shut down. Then contacts your hosting company, and submits a complaint. He is desperate.

This may be the only true thing this guy has ever said... Of course he ruins it when he later states that it will not be in jail. Of course jail and prison are not the same.

I am really not in the right position to say... My GUESS would be 1 - 2 years and 24mo probation assuming he takes a plea. This is just a guess, I am not an attorney but I would think in this case he would plea down from what he would be facing otherwise which could be much more substantial.
