In my experience with Mr. Pappas Fiver might even BE him. I doubt it though.

We have at least four victims; one of whom was able to recover some money through the chargeback process. His actions have included theft, identity theft, interstate fraud, blackmail, copyright infringement, and others... And, yes, even though Mr. Pappas is in denial for now he stands to face...

It goes well beyond the $4200 scam... But restitution would almost certainly be part of the plea agreement so, in the end he will not make even that much.
