yeah, you need to get a double hinged one to prevent breaking a cork of a cellar worthy wine which has been stored for awhile. also helps with some of the stubborn synthetic corks

its the same thing most likely. the "wine key" refers to the whole tool, which usually will include a small knife, and oftentimes a can opener.

i do, it is a key piece of barware for certain cocktails. cammi, some of the plastic ones are hard to open unless you have a really robust wine key.
