Hit a significant milestone this morning - 300W FTP (~ 1 hour power) on the bike. It's still not enough to win a beginner race but it's enough that I won't embarrass myself next month when I take the start of the Ontario Cup #1 road race. LFG :stevie:

I do think it's great that you're attempting it and I think you should keep plugging away regardless of initial results. You already realize that it's going to be a process, and you're 100% going to get better every time you publish something. BTW I'm sure you realize that being 37yo means...
