Went from 185 on Dec 23 all the way up to 193 a few days after Christmas, down to 189 this AM, prolly back up to 192-193 tomorrow. Cool thing about being (more) active is that the extra water weight goes away very quickly once you stop binge-eating.

Way past Montreal actually, halfway to Quebec City. Made it safely. It got a little sketchy close to the QC/ON border but it was fine overall. We must've seen 60-70 cars in the ditch from yesterday's mayhem.

On the 401 eastbound. It's fine. 🤷‍♂️ Nice day for a 400mi/700km drive. 🌞🚙

Tons of roads including the major highway (401) were closed all day. Going to QC wasn't even an option today. Should be ok tomorrow but I don't know how quickly the 401 is gonna get cleared. Somewhere called Paisley, ON:
