Went from 185 on Dec 23 all the way up to 193 a few days after Christmas, down to 189 this AM, prolly back up to 192-193 tomorrow.
Cool thing about being (more) active is that the extra water weight goes away very quickly once you stop binge-eating.

Way past Montreal actually, halfway to Quebec City. Made it safely. It got a little sketchy close to the QC/ON border but it was fine overall. We must've seen 60-70 cars in the ditch from yesterday's mayhem.
Tons of roads including the major highway (401) were closed all day. Going to QC wasn't even an option today. Should be ok tomorrow but I don't know how quickly the 401 is gonna get cleared.
