I was on a Zoom call with Joe Rain and Daddy Rain last night. Joe Rain's face looks emaciated while mine looks more muscular (and a bit rounder - I'm 18-20lbs heavier than him). Running seems to lead to massive upper body losses. I thought cycling would be worse in that department.

193-194 this morning, but my waist seems the same as when I was 188.

A lot of my L t-shirts look loose. I don't wanna be an M, but my shoulder is still fucked and I can't do any serious upper body exercise.

I used to be 168ish at my low point, and still had some gut. It's hard to believe I can lose another 15 and still be overweight
Maybe my muscle amount or something else changed.
