I have always understood the average to be 6" and being that I'm at 6.5 I never really worried about size because avg or just above is fine BUT what I always wondered about is when I'm flaccid its like 1" so seeing guys at the urinal and in the locker room some guys are already hanging like 5" so when they get hard does their soft cock just get hard and add a little to length or do all these guys at the gym who are hanging 5 get hard to like 10"

If I say the latter will it make you feel bad? I guess it depends how small we're talking about. I wouldn't want my man dropping his pants in a crowd, but it might still be a little weird at 1 inch.
 
I just joined 24hr fitness so that's what got me on this topic, I came out of the sauna and next to my locker was of all races an Asian and his locker was on top of mind and he's standing there with Gidzilla hanging out and I'm like sob I would love to walk around hanging 5 but just not he case, I dried off my swim shorts and walked out the gym...I ain't pulling down my pants and changing

I'm from South Dakota and we're number 3 in the nation. You're lucky to only have a 1 incher ted. Guys like me are always putting our hands down our pants and moving stuff around. It really gets old and annoying, but what ya gonna do
