last week put me in the (-) for the year... :robyn: ... need something good to happen for my mental state and to keep me from going full rage on the handy man coming to work on my fucked up dormers in the morning...

no leaks, thats just a example pic...mine are siding and need to be replaced as well as the wood around them and flares need to be painted and pressed... siding around house is beginning to age and pull apart (cant see from more than 15ft away, but up close you can see thin cracks where they join) ...areas need to be caulked and painted and i have a few edges where squirrels like to chew...they need touched up...there are just some knick knack things up high that i dont want to fuck with myself...i couldnt do the dormers anyways...thats gonna be a job...
