It’s possible that you end up with these types of men by pure coincidence but highly (HIGHLY) unlikely.

People have “a type”. For some it’s purely physical and for others it might be something more subtle and for even others it could be something they don’t even recognize until after the attraction has already struck them.

I’m willing to bet that you also give off a vibe as well. You might be fun and outgoing but chances are your “daddy issues”, need for attention, approval, protecting, and overall willingness to surrender outshine everything else which is like bait. Face it, you’re chum.

For the record though, glad your back from purely the lack of female representation around here anymore. Fok’n Teela must be getting pretty comfortable with Mr. Snuggly on that couch.

From someone who has worked in bars for years - People (yes,women too) who have responsibilities at home and/or in healthy relationships do not frequent the bars alone. I have met very few who didn't have issues. You really need to look elsewhere. A library or volunteer work is a better place to look, if you are serious.

I live on the other side of that coin. I meet women and when they discover that I am honest, supportive, tolerant, non-judgmental and will insist on treating them as an equal - i.e. when it sinks in that I am NICE - they want nothing to do with it. They want someone who will treat them crappier.

Come to think of it, maybe that's not the other side of the coin; maybe that's the exact same coin.
