I know it's going nowhere but down, Muddy. Y'all have no idea what kinda crap I was ingesting daily before the challenge. Fiver doesn't believe me, but as soon as I start eating mostly protein and veggies I can actually feel my face shrinking.
I didn't even take a giant shit this morning so I'm still filled with all the stuff I ate yesterday. I coulda had a couple espresso shots, taken a dump, and weighed myself around 199-200.
