What Dave is doing should not be mocked. He is displaying responsible posting here. Dave is taking a leave of absence and he is notifying us in advance so that people won’t worry and start countless threads about “Where’s Vegas Dave’?

This is a variation on the proposed “Buddy System” concept I had for when posters went out and partied hard, just in case something went wrong. Props to you Dave for wanting to put you fellow posters minds at ease.
